Recently released from incarceration?

Finding work with a criminal record can be difficult on your own. CEO is specifically designed to help you find work, by supporting you with short-term employment and with a team of people to help you land full-time employment!

 

Get Started

CEO participants are individuals who have recently been released from prison and are ready to take their life in a new direction through employment.

  Program Highlights

  • Two-day workshop to enhance and refine workforce skills
  • Paid employment on CEO Work Crew for up to 90 days
  • Job coaching and connections to full-time employment

Time Requirements

    • Two-day Workshop: 9am-3pm, Tuesday-Wednesday
    • Work Crew shift: 7 am-2:30 pm (Up to four days a week. Days specific to each client)
    • One day at CityLink with Job Coach (day/time specific to each client)

Eligibility

  • No Education Requirements
  • Felonies and Misdemeanors accepted, excluding charges of sex offenses.

Goal Session
At your first appointment, you’ll meet with your Service Coordinator to discuss and create your goals. From there, you will get enrolled in the relevant services to help you meet those goals!
