Meet Bridget, she’s been hard at work pulling new pieces of her life together. When she ran into a CityLink staff member last spring, she shared that she was  looking for work and running into barriers after not being in the workforce for a while and even dealing with situational homelessness. For almost an entire year, she worked with her job coach  Nina, at Cincinnati Works (pictured at left) to build her resume, interview skills and to apply for jobs. Through tears of joy she shared:

“Application after application. Interview after interview. The effort almost numbed me. But I’m here to tell you that the effort you put into this, the one step at a time, the small amount of energy…even when you don’t have the energy…there is hope! And I finally have a job!”

Thanks to her hard work, Bridget landed a great paying position at TriHealth in their customer service service call center!
